How it works
- You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund.
- Email info@kidformance.com with your order number and a short note.
- We’ll confirm and process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after approval.
Returns
- You may be asked to return the product; we’ll share the return address by email.
- Items should be in reasonable condition. Because these are personal-wear items, we handle each request fairly and case by case.
Exchanges (wrong size?)
- If the size isn’t right, email us and we’ll arrange an exchange for the correct size.
Damaged or wrong item
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Refunds apply to the product price. Original shipping (where charged) may be non-refundable except in the case of our error.
